I don't know that today went any better for homeschooling. We are currently at the coffee shop and spent the morning at my friends house using her internet. Again, the math seems to be the big issue. It had to have taken at least twice as long to get through as it should have. The kiddo whines relentlessly and I am trying so hard to be patient. At least there weren't any tears today...so far. When we get home we are going to do science and music and then will be done for the day. Phew!
Last night I was in the worst mood. I felt so depressed and discouraged. The hubby called and I near bit his head off but as always, he helped me feel better and by the end of the night I was smiling again. I miss him so much. Just nine days until he comes home for a visit. I can hardly wait. Just a few weeks after that and we will be reunited again and moving on with our little family.
Okay, so about this car situation in the Alaskas. Apparently, people plug in their cars at night to keep the batteries warm. Wha??? They also have these insulated battery cover things. Can you just imagine the electricity bill in the winter? Not sure how we will go about this one. How does someone go shopping? What if you go to the mall for a few hours, does the battery freeze? I am having trouble finding info on this kind of stuff. How do they do the day to day stuff? Am I overthinking this?...Yes, probably. But the unknown is scary y'all
