out of hiding

So much has happened and i havent blogged about any of it. Ive just been so busy! Before i begin, please excuse the errors in punctuation and caps. I am blogging from my new nook and im not using it properly just yet. As you can see from my previous post, we had our precious baby Daphne. She was born june 29th via csection, weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and was 19.5 inchex long. I was so grateful that my hubby was able to be there. I could not have done it without him. He is such a great Daddy and more than exceeded all of my expectations. My little man is an awesome big brother too. Our little girl is so lucky!

Daphne is five weeks old now, we made the trip from Alaska to Utah, and Hubby is deploying in just a few days. Life has changed quite a bit and we are all trying to adjust. I am so grateful to be back with family and friends but i miss my hubby desperately. My kiddo cries for him at night and it breaks my heart. We love him so much. Okay, now im just being depressing...stopping.

We got a cute little apartment in christopher village and Isaac is registered for school. He will be going to shadow valley elementary this year. I hope he makes some friends and i really hope i didnt screw him up too badly with homeschooling him last year :p We have spent most of our time catching up with friends and family and going to the coffee shop a lot because theres one just around the corner. Overall, i think things are going to be okay. Im learning a lot from this experience.
